James McKee

James graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws. He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Tasmania and High Court of Australia in 2024.

James joined Murdoch Clarke in 2026 after working in Queensland for 12 months in Family Law and Litigation.

James can assist clients in the following areas:

• Family Law
• Workers Compensation
• Personal Injury
• General Civil Litigation

Outside of work James has a strong interest in politics, history, and the arts. He enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
