Andrew Gaggin

Andrew Gaggin is Senior Litigation Partner of Murdoch Clarke.

He has practised as a litigation lawyer in Tasmania since 1990 and has extensive experience as solicitor and counsel before the Supreme Court of Tasmania, Federal Court, Magistrates Court, Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Tribunal, Tasmanian Industrial Commission and Australian Industrial Relations Commission.

Andrew’s particular specialty is cases involving personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation and public liability claims.  He is able to undertake appropriate motor vehicle accident injury claims on a “no win no fee” basis.

In his spare time, Andrew was Chairman of Cricket Tasmania between 2015 and 2022 and is annoying around the office when Hawthorn wins.
