Michael Flanagan

Michael graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Law with Honours in Law and a Major in Chemistry.

Michael’s practice areas include:

• Will and Estate disputes;
• Contract and property disputes;
• Family Law;
• Construction and council disputes;
• Injury and death compensation;
• Criminal defence.

Michael has successfully completed many hearings, trials and appeals as counsel. He appears regularly in all Tasmanian and Federal Courts and Tribunals and happily accepts briefs from other law firms.

Michael is a keen follower of AFL, basketball and cricket. He is a proud four-time premiership player with the South Hobart Sandy Bay Cricket Club and is passionate about live music.
