Mark Crosswell graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2014 with a combined Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours in Law. Mark commenced practice at Murdoch Clarke in 2015, having been admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania in August of that year.
Since commencing at Murdoch Clarke, Mark has built a strong commercial practice, specialising in commercial and personal disputes, company law and a broad range of commercial and property matters such as:
- residential conveyancing
- disposal and acquisition of businesses
- commercial and residential leasing
- loan and security advice including preparation of documents
- property developments and subdivisions
- general contract and commercial advice
In addition, Mark is able to assist clients with their estate planning and estate administration and is currently in the process of completing the Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) training course with the Tax Institute of Australia.
Mark places an emphasis on providing practical advice in order to assist his clients achieve their goals.
Mark is currently a Director on the Board of Water Polo Tasmania and has previously served on the Committee of the Hobart Aquatic Club, Sandy Bay Water Polo Club and the Law Society’s Young Lawyers Committee.
Away from work, Mark enjoys watching and playing sports and spending time with friends and his young family.
