Luke Golding
Luke Golding graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2004 and commenced practising at Murdoch Clarke in 2005.
Luke practises in local government; environment and town planning law; and industrial relations law. Luke also practises in property and commercial law including residential and commercial conveyancing; disposal and acquisition of businesses; estate planning; and leasing.
Luke regularly appears in the Magistrates Court of Tasmania and the Resource and Planning stream of the Tasmanian Civil & Administrative Tribunal (which has replaced the Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal), and has experience appearing in various other courts, tribunals and commissions.
